“A system for providing customized experiences to a plurality of client stations in a shared environment, the system comprising:

\nan online server hosting the shared environment for access by the plurality of client stations, and the online server having a server processor configured to:

\ncreate a customized environment from the shared environment according to the client preferences;

\ntranslate the interaction data separately for each of the plurality of client stations based on a particular customization of the customizable element by each of the other of the plurality of clients; and

A, B ve C oyuncular\u0131 birbirleri ile ve odadaki nesnelerle etkile\u015fime ge\u00e7ebilmektedirler. Kullan\u0131c\u0131lar bu etkile\u015fim s\u0131ras\u0131nda odadaki nesneleri de de\u011fi\u015ftirebilirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin B kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 bir kedi yerine bir k\u00f6pe\u011fi tercih edebilir ve bu \u015fekilde bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapabilir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde C kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 bir akvaryum tercih edebilir.<\/p>\n

Bulu\u015fun tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 teknik problem farkl\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ortam\u0131 kendi arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirdiklerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin B oyuncusu A oyuncusuna “Ne kadar g\u00fczel bir k\u00f6pek!”, \u015feklinde yazabilir ancak A kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 bir k\u00f6pek de\u011fil bir kedi g\u00f6rmektedir. Bulu\u015f konusu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm A ve B kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bu diyalo\u011fu A kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n anlayaca\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imde modifiye etmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin “Ne kadar g\u00fczel bir k\u00f6pek!”, yerine “Ne kadar g\u00fczel bir kedi!”, \u015feklinde A kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ortam\u0131nda yer almayan k\u00f6pek diyalogdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Soru bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn teknik bir problemi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp \u00e7\u00f6zmedi\u011finde d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlenmektedir.

\nTemyiz Kurulu \u0130nceleme Birimi’nin ret karar\u0131nda en yak\u0131n \u00f6nceki teknik olarak at\u0131f konusu yay\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lan a\u011f ortamlar\u0131na sahip oyunlarda oyuncular aras\u0131 ileti\u015fimin zaten bilinen tekni\u011fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etmektedir. Bu nedenle bilinen tekni\u011fe g\u00f6re istemin fark \u00f6zelli\u011fi “payla\u015f\u0131lan a\u011f ortamlar\u0131ndaki diyaloglar\u0131n kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kendi yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fcnya ile uyumlu olacak \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi” \u015feklinde tan\u0131mlanabilir. Ancak Temyiz Kurulu bu problemin teknik bir problem olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve EPC Md. 52(2)’de tan\u0131ml\u0131 “presentation of information” ve “playing games” kategorisine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n
