Asistan\u0131na talimat vermesi ve denetlemesi beklenen ki\u015fi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Avrupa patent vekili, \u00fccret \u00f6demelerinin nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi konusundaki en son hukuki geli\u015fmeleri ve do\u011fru formlar\u0131 takip etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa patent vekilinin stresli durumlarda bile ne \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fini hat\u0131rlamas\u0131 beklendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, hatan\u0131n gerekli t\u00fcm \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmesine ra\u011fmen meydana geldi\u011fi kabul edilemez. Gerekli t\u00fcm \u00f6zenin g\u00f6sterildi\u011finin ispatlanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda EPC\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epo.org\/law-practice\/legal-texts\/html\/epc\/2016\/e\/ar122.html\">Md. 122 EPC<\/a>\u00a0haklar\u0131n yeniden tesisi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri i\u015fletilmez.
